Six trails for dogsledding and snowshoeing rides with a guide. Take a break in the forest and enjoy a campfire and a snack. Guided horseback riding (western saddle), sleigh ride and campfire. Schedule: December 20th to April 15th from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Horseback riding from December 15th to April 15th. Admission: From $10 to $150 according to the activity chosen. Equipment rental and loan. Reservation mandatory. Average length: From 1 to 6 hours.

Horseback riding for one, two or several hours, introductory riding course, as well as horse livery and dressage. All this at the heart of Carleton-sur-Mer. Panoramic views between the sea and the mountains, incomparable quietness, a complete touch with nature in the company of friendly and experienced guides, as well as docile and fascinating horses. Relax and feel the sea breeze. Schedule: year-round. Admission: $30/hour, $50/two hours, $75/three hours and $100/four hours. Reservation mandatory.

The Petites Maisons du Parc offer many services for a second season. The enterprise will be present at the reception of Penouille Friday, Sathurday and Sunday, from December 19th 2008. Reservation for accommodation from October 15th 2008 by phone at 418 892-5873.

  • Cross-country Skiing: Equipment rental ($10/day/pers., including boots, skis and sticks).
  • Snowshoeing: Equipment rental ($10/day/pers., including snowshoes and sticks). Snowscooter ($10/day/pers.).

Mountain village with the highest vertical drop in Eastern Québec and the Maritimes. Services offered: 25 ski trails including the Familiale (3,500 metres long), 60% artificial snow. Air tube sliding (day and evening), cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, skating, dogsledding, animation and restaurant services.  Schedule: December 12th to April 4th. Admission (downhill skiing): Adult $28.35, seniors $24.81, student 18 to 23 years old $24.81, 7 to 17  years old 18.60. Equipment rental available. Chalets and studios rental starting at $99 for four people. Companion for persons with reduced mobility
