The Gaspésie offers various types of trails for biking. Whether it is on the trails near beaches, on paths leading through the woods, on mountain trails or on country roads, you will be sure to experience unforgettable moments and great moments of fun. This resort is a wonderful place for biking, from June to October.

Discover a natural, peaceful and enchanting place where you will enjoy the fauna and surrounding beauties as well as moonlights and Perseids while benefiting from a microclimate that allows the summer to last until the beginning of October when the fall rhapsody takes place. Cyclotourists and camping enthusiats enjoy the proximity of the different touristic attractions of the region. Bike repair shop, turn-key tent rental, tent sites (some of which have a view of the River), screen tents, hiking trails, games, ecological toilet and shower, bilingual services. Reservations recommended. Schedule: June 1st to September 30th, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Regional park open during the four seasons. Winter activities: downhill skiing, snowboarding, 26 ski trails on 2 hillsides, which range from easy to extremely difficult, snowshoeing, 15 kilometres of cross-country ski trails, snowmobile trails, inner tube sliding on illuminated slope with mechanical lift.

Summer activities:
mountain biking with chair lift ascent, 640 kilometres of all-terrain vehicle (ATV) trails, hiking trails, observation tour.

Services offered:
Resto Pub l'Expédition at the top of the mountain (upon reservations), cafeteria, on-site lodging available year-round (reservation mandatory), day-care, equipment rental shop, reception hall or conference room accommodating 300 people. Schedule: year-round, on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. In the spring: watch skiers cross Picalo Lake: Aqua-neige from April 16th to 18th 2010.

Sainte-Anne-des-Monts

Parc national de la Gaspésie: two trails: from Cascapédia Lake to Thibault Lake (49,6 km) and from Thibault Lake to Mont Logan, lodging at Le Huard shelter (reservation mandatory).

Mont-Saint-Pierre
Departure from Mont Saint-Pierre to Parc national de la Gaspésie. Carrefour Aventure offers the ride on the top of Mont Saint-Pierre.


Gaspé

Parc national du Canada Forillon: In North and South sectors and on the road to Penouille. La Vallée trail, Le Portage trail and the road to Cap Gaspé. The biking is prohibited in hiking trails. Bike rental near the park.


Les Plateaux

Departure from the belvedere Horizon de rêve to the Restigouche River. Consult the Matapédia and Les Plateaux ecotouristic map for more trails.
