Parc régional de la rivière Mitis in Sainte-Flavie
Located in Sainte-Flavie, this regional park along the Mitis River offers about 4 km of forest trails that will give you access to a beach and the river mouth. Please note that the reception building is closed in the winter, and no services are available on site.
Les Murmures de la Ville in Mont-Joli
Discover the rich history of Mont-Joli on the Les Murmures de la Ville heritage walking tour. Lasting about an hour, this self-guided tour will take you to a series of murals that bring local history to life.

Montagne Saint-Pierre in La Rédemption
The Saint-Pierre Mountain is located in the village of La Rédemption, less than 30 minutes south of Mont-Joli. Developed by Coop Accès Chic-Chocs, the site is now affiliated with the FQME, an organization that promotes backcountry skiing in Québec. Backcountry ski enthusiasts can ski there independently and use the warming hut. (Note that you must become a member of the FQME to ski there.)
