Gaspésie is home to 14 lighthouses, which are proud witnesses to local history. Many of these lighthouses have been given new life thanks to the work of dedicated individuals.
These sentinels of the sea or their outbuildings have been transformed into museums or tourist information offices. Visit these lighthouses to discover local maritime heritage and historyin a myriad of different ways. Only nine lighthouses are active and accessible to the public.
