Discover the chocolate creations made by Carl Pelletier, a master chocolate maker who is inspired by his native Gaspésie. Visit the chocolate economuseum to learn how these sweet treats are made; take a virtual tour of the workshop; and taste some of these surprising creations, including the renowned forest collection. In the summer, you can also enjoy Carl’s homemade ice cream.
