Silence... calm... keys to introspection. Workshops, personalized treatments, and time to support reflection and reconnection... to our true selves, to nature, to our inner vision.
Accommodation in the chalets of Camp de Base Gaspésie, just a short walk from the center. Three days in a small group (maximum of 6 participants), dinners, two treatments (massage and energy healing), a group auriculotherapy (acupuncture) session, and an introductory workshop on the Medicine Wheel.
Free activities: walks on the Coin-du-Banc beach, forest walks, reading, rest, and writing.
Dates: January 30 to February 2, 2025, March 27 to 30, 2025 and May 1 to 4, 2025.
